The Fairphone (Gen. 6) Experience Survey 05/2026
1. Overview & Eligibility Criteria
1.1 Offer Type & Description: This is a prize draw designed to gather feedback from Fairphone 6 owners regarding their experience and smartphone usage. To enter, participants must fully complete the “Fairphone 6 Experience Survey” sent via a personal email invitation.

1.3 Customer Criteria. Open to customers aged 18 or over; Open to owners of The Fairphone (Gen. 6) and strictly limited to the original recipient of the invitation email; entries originating from forwarded links or third-party websites are excluded and will be disqualified as they cannot be verified against our registration database.
1.4 Geographic Scope. Open to customers residing in eligible delivery countries supported by the webshop.
1.5 Exclusions. Employees of Fairphone B.V., their immediate family members, or anyone otherwise professionally connected with the organization or the administration of this competition are not eligible to participate.
1.6 Limit. Only one entry will be accepted per person.
1.7 Right of verification. Fairphone reserves the right to request written proof of residency and of the age of the winner before prize collection.
2. Entry Steps
2.1 Entry Period (Duration). From May 7, 2026 (10:00 CEST) to May 25, 2026 (09:00 CEST). After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
2.2 Required Action. Answer the Fairphone (Gen. 6) Experience Survey sent to you via email.
2.3 Free Entry. No entry fee and no purchase are necessary to enter this competition.
2.4 Terms Acceptance. By entering this competition, you indicate your agreement to be bound by the present Terms.
3 Selection Mechanism
3.1 Selection Method. Five (5) winners will be selected randomly from all eligible and verified entries that have fully completed the survey within the entry period. Only one entry per person is permitted.
3.2 Winner Notification. Winners will be contacted via the email address associated with their Fairphone registration within seven (7) business days of the survey closing date.
3.3 Verification. Fairphone reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and to disqualify any entry found to be in violation of these rules.
4. Prize Details
4.1 Prize Description. Five gift cards of the value of € 100 or £ 100 (depending on the country of the winner of the prize). Limit of one gift card assigned per person.
4.2 Delivery/Fulfillment. The gift card will be sent by email within 1 week after the potential prize winner responds to the draw notification.
4.3 Redemption Instructions. Apply the gift card on Fairphone’s official webshop (www.fairphone.com) during checkout or in the cart.
5. Restrictions
5.1 No Cash Value. The gift card may not be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.
5.2 Forfeiting the prize. If a potential prize winner does not respond within 14 Days of the first notification attempt, or if the notification is returned as unclaimed, declined or undeliverable, such potential prize winner will forfeit their potential prize and an alternate prize winner may be selected according to the Selection Method in 3.1.
5.3 Ineligibility. Likewise, if any potential prize winner is found to be ineligible, or if they have not complied with these Terms, they will be disqualified and Fairphone may award the prize to an alternate prize winner according to the Selection Method in 3.1.
6. Your Data
6.1 Data Controller. By entering this contest, you are providing your information to Fairphone. Your data will not be processed by or transferred to any other party.
6.2 Use of Personal Data. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Dutch data protection legislation to administer the contest and any reasonable activities surrounding the contest. Personal data will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. 7. Miscellaneous
7.1 Changes & Termination. Fairphone reserves the right to modify or end the Game/Contest at any time in the event of unforeseen circumstances. 1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW
From September 1st, 2025 to September 1st, 2026 (“Promotion Period”), (subject to availability). Customers who purchase a new Fairphone smartphone (Fairphone 5, Fairphone 5 with /e/OS, The Fairphone (Gen. 6) and The Fairphone (Gen. 6) with /e/ OS). through the official Fairphone webshop (www.fairphone.com) and include the promo code copied from this webpage, will receive a unique voucher code for free access to the ChatLicense Family subscription in the ChatLicense app; valid for 1 year (“Promotion”).
The subscription will end automatically after one year without any extra costs.
2. ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for the Promotion:

3. VOUCHER CODE DELIVERY
The voucher code for the ChatLicense subsubscription will be sent by email to the email address provided at checkout, within 5 business days after order confirmation. Fairphone is not responsible for voucher codes not received due to incorrect email addresses or spam filtering.
4. REDEMPTION OF THE CODE
The voucher code grants the customer a free ChatLicense Family subscription, which covers 2 adults and 2 children. Voucher redemption instructions will be included in the same email. The code must be redeemed within 3 months of issuance.
The ChatLicense app is provided by ChatLicense B.V., a third-party service, and usage is subject to its own terms and privacy policy. Please note that no data will be transferred from ChatLicense to Fairphone in connection with this Promotion.
5. NON-TRANSFERABILITY AND NO CASH VALUE
The voucher code is personal, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash or other goods or services. The use of the ChatLicense subscription is conditional upon retaining ownership of the Fairphone. If the phone is returned, the voucher code will become invalid, and the subscription will stop.
6. CHANGES AND TERMINATION
Fairphone reserves the right to modify or end the Promotion at any time in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Any change will not affect customers who already qualified.

Fairphone shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the ChatLicense app, including personal, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

This promotion (€100 spare parts gift card) is valid solely on sales of the Fairphone 4 and the Fairphone 5 in the period from November 18th 2024 to December 8th 2024 on the Fairphone webshop (shop.fairphone.com). For UK residents, this means a £100 spare parts gift card.
