The spare parts gift card applies exclusively for spare parts of the Fairphone 4 (display, battery, rear cameras, selfie camera, back cover, USB-C port, loudspeaker and earpiece) and the Fairphone 5 (display, battery, top unit, main camera, ultra-wide camera, front camera, back cover, USB-C port, loudspeaker, earpiece and screws kit). It can not be used for any other products being sold on the Fairphone webshop.
The €100 spare parts gift card does not have to be spent at once. It can be used for multiple purchases, as long as they are within the five-year validity period. If you buy spare parts in excess of €100, you will need to pay the additional amount yourself.
When a purchased spare part is returned, the value of the returned spare part cannot be added to the value of the gift card and will not be refunded to you.
When a device purchased during the promotional period is returned, the corresponding gift card will be deactivated.
Shipping costs are excluded from the spare parts gift card. The spare parts gift card is valid for 5 years, until 31/03/2029. The spare parts gift card cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. This offer can be combined with other sales promotions or programs if the other discount is allowed to be combined.
