Territory strategy and GTM plan - Develop and implement region/partner-specific Go-To-Market plans in alignment with Fairphone’s mission and values. Ensure seamless execution of campaigns and product launches in collaboration with internal teams.
Review and Pipeline management - Updating the sales numbers received from partners and reviewing the stock levels and sales pipeline and prioritizing key tasks and opportunities. Ensure accurate forecasting and update the sales funnel on a rolling 3 months basis
Engage with Existing Partners - Communicate with current partners to maintain strong relationships. Discuss and negotiate and implement, together with the Channel marketeer, campaigns and other activities aligned with the GTM plan driving overall growth of the partner.
Campaign/activity management - With Channel marketing and partners co-develop campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness. Build business cases and prepare proposals for partners.
Quarterly Business Review meetings - Prepare and build presentations reviewing past periods against objectives and concrete plans for the next period. Monitoring progress and agree on adjustments to achieve joint targets.
Housekeeping and reporting - Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system, logging communications, deals, and progress and prepare weekly sales reports for the team and leadership.
Manage Partner Contracts and Agreements - Review and manage partner contracts, ensuring terms are in line with Fairphone’s standards. Negotiate and finalize agreements with partners.
Prospect New Partners - Keep up to date with territory and reseller landscape and prospect for new potential partnerships. Qualify new business leads and assess potential for collaboration.
Sales and Market Analysis - Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
Collaboration with Internal Teams - Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align strategies and ensure seamless service delivery. Attend internal meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and upcoming initiatives.
Attend Partner and Industry Events - Plan and prepare for upcoming partner meetings, industry conferences, and events. Represent Fairphone at events, networking and building new business relationships.
Customer Feedback & Insights - Gather and analyze feedback from partners to inform product development and sales strategies. Share relevant insights with the team to enhance the partner experience and product offering.
Experience in partner/account management, preferably in the B2C segment of your territory
Passion for sales and understanding of the smartphones or consumer electronics industry
Experience in building and executing strategic growth plans
Strong planning skills and ability to drive sales initiatives
Experience building strategic partnerships with new and existing accounts
Cross-functional team collaboration experience
Familiarity with Google Docs and Sheets for business communication and case development
Experience selling to direct partners and via distributors
Hands-on, organized, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, German and English.

As the PR Manager at Fairphone, you will be our reputation architect, strategically shaping our brand and impact narrative to highlight our value proposition, products, and services. Enhance Brand Visibility and Positive Reputation: Significantly increase Fairphone's positive media coverage and brand awareness across key target audiences and markets, effectively communicating its unique value proposition, products and services.
Strategic PR Leadership: Develop, implement, and continuously refine Fairphone's public relations strategic plan aligned with our overall business goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with various internal teams (e.g., Brand, Marketing, Sales, Impact Innovation) to integrate PR and communication efforts into broader organizational initiatives.
Spokesperson Management: Serve as an official spokesperson for Fairphone at events and within the media. Manage and support a network of internal spokespeople from different teams, providing them with up-to-date information and training to represent Fairphone effectively.

The Procurement Manager will play a critical role in delivering Fairphone’s strategic procurement objectives. In addition to managing key procurement categories, the role is instrumental in supporting a healthy P&L by ensuring cost-effective sourcing and delivering the right value for money across current goods and services. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for gathering and analyzing robust market intelligence on suppliers, with a particular focus on the phone and audio industry, to inform negotiation strategies and sourcing decisions.
Category owner for Audio products within existing markets, spare parts, accessories
Responsible for scouting and sourcing of Audio products in existing markets,
spare parts and accessories
Responsible for value engineering activities for phones, audios and accessories existing in the market.
Support in Annual negotiation preparation which includes benchmarking, market research and intelligence.
Your skills:

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience within Procurement in consumer goods, FMCG, pharmaceutical etc

Demonstrated ability to lead successful negotiation with suppliers
Demonstrated ability to lead value engineering initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams and suppliers to reduce costs while maintaining or enhancing functionality.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus!
You have experience in working with dashboards like Power BI, Google looker studio etc is a plus.
