This US Supplement to the Fairphone Privacy Policy describes personal data processing activities concerning residents of United States that have adopted comprehensive privacy legislation, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia (“selected Unite States ”), and should be read in conjunction with the Fairphone Privacy Policy. Our data processing activities within the selected United States are strictly limited to those enumerated herein.
